This is a simple yet delicious spin on the Winner Waffles. The banana makes the waffles extra moist so they melt in your mouth. Oh so yummy!

{ Ingredients }
1 egg
1 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cups almond milk
½ cup canola or olive oil (mild)
1 tablespoons agave nectar
2 teaspoons baking powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1 ½ ripe bananas
½ teaspoon of cinnamon (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
{ Directions }
- Preheat waffle iron. Beat the eggs in a large bowl until fluffy.
- Add the flour, almond milk, canola oil, agave nectar, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and vanilla to the eggs. Mix until well blended.
- Smash the bananas in a separate small bowl and add them to the batter. Gently fold into the batter.
- Pour about ½ cup of mix into waffle iron. Cook until golden brown. Best if served with warm syrup.
