I really dislike craving something that isn’t readily available. For example, a couple of weeks ago I had the flu and didn’t eat for 3 days. I felt awful, and since I don’t take medication, I didn’t have much relief. On day 4 I started feeling a little better and had a mini appetite. All I could think about was the apple salad I occasionally ordered from a restaurant located downtown. Mmmmmm! But I felt bad
